Currently, we're looking for an experienced Software implementation Specialist to onboard our customers helping them 1) to run exemplary implementation projects using a deep knowledge of our solution and 2) provide ongoing technical guidance during the implementation phase.

As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the initial stages of the Orquest setup and implementation, with a keen eye on driving time to value and meeting delivery timeframes. The primary focus of the role will be integrating and configuring the customer's data into the Orquest solution. During implementation and post-implementation, you will collaborate with our Project manager and Customer Success team to assist customers with their more technical questions.


Serve as an Orquest expert key point of contact during implementation for all stakeholders in the customers at a time, to ensure a successful onboarding process to Orquest.

Assist and help the project manager to develop implementation plans that outline outcomes, dependencies, timelines, and milestones

Train, give support, and help customers on how to effectively bring their data into Orquest solution

Educate, give support, and help the customer IT team on how to effectively develop and deliver integrations with the corporate systems, through the REST API provided by Orquest.

Engage customers through multiple onboarding calls to drive successful implementation

Drive configuration, setup, and data loading, providing configuration support during the onboarding and rollout phases via multiple channels

Ensure that the customer's environment is perfectly configured to meet their requirements in an efficient way and in a timely manner

Analyze, identify and list all the customer's particularities, which are key to adapt the solution to the customer's needs.

Define and run a test plan and perform the maturation process, ensuring the proper functioning of the solution according to customer needs. Ensuring the quality and value expected by the customer and with the right performance.

Work towards the project objectives in close collaboration with the Project manager with the objective of meeting the established deadlines and project plan.

Improve, scale, and shape the Orquest setup process.

Skills and requirements

2+ years of SaaS experience in an implementation/post-sale CS role working with relevant clients.

Strong organization and performance skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex challenges.

Familiarity working with REST APIs and SQL

English level C1

Experience in software development is an asset
